Aaron Miller

Aaron is a member of our service desk team. The service desk provides the first point of contact for support to our clients. Our service desk team use the latest tools and technology to support our client remotely and on the telephone.

Alan Tibbs

Alan is one of our Cutec+ Engineers and as such he works with one of our major clients as their in-house IT specialist two days a week. The rest of the time you will find Alan on our service desk. Chris Kernick

Claire Howard

Claire is our Business Support Manager and helps ensure the company runs smoothly. Claire assists the directors with planning and projects but on a daily basis manages our field services team and workshop. Claire oversees the engineer diaries and manages installations through to completion.

Claire has been with Cutec for over 10 years and there is nothing she doesn't know about the company and how we operate. She takes great pride in making sure the customers get a first-class service.

Outside of work Claire is a full-time Mum and loves spending time with family and friends.

David Hayter

David is a member of our service desk team. The service desk provides the first point of contact for support to our clients. Our service desk team use the latest tools and technology to support our client remotely and on the telephone.

David also specialises in Microsoft 365 technologies.

Outside of work David is a keen field archer.

Kristian Callaghan

Kris is one of the co-founders of Cutec who set up the company with fellow director Mark in 1999. Kris focuses on client satisfaction with Cutec services, making sure all clients get the service they need from us. Kris also works on the technical side of the business with Matt to make sure Cutec is technically ready to support our clients when they have new solutions installed.

On a day-to-day basis, Kris is a member of our field services team. The field services team provide support to our clients at their premises. This might be fault finding/fixing, installing new equipment, or reviewing client’s security and infrastructure and deals with the major installation projects.

Kris has over 22 years of experience and is a Member of the Chartered Institute for I.T (MBS) with the British Computer Society (BCS).

Outside of work Kris enjoys spending time walking his two dogs.

Lloyd Tench

Lloyd is a member of our field services team. The field services team provide support to our clients at their premises. This might be fault finding/fixing, installing new equipment, or reviewing the client’s security and infrastructure.

Marc Williams

Marc is a member of our field services team. The field services team provide support to our clients at their premises, this might be fault finding/fixing or installing new equipment. Marc also heads up our workshop which repairs customers' equipment when it comes into us. This can be hardware issues or software faults.

Mark Rowland

Mark is one of the co-founders of Cutec who set up the company with fellow director Kristian in 1999. As the managing director, Mark’s role is to oversee the day-to-day management of the company and importantly the business development. Being an IT company it is imperative we stay ahead of the game and help clients make the most of the latest technology advancements.

Other than making day-to-day management decisions, Mark’s primary focus is sales and providing clients with advice and guidance on IT hardware, software or solutions they may need for their business. Mark will go out visiting new and existing clients to make sure they are getting the best out of their IT systems and Cutec services.

Mark has over 22 years of experience and is a Chartered IT Professional (CITTP) with the British Computer Society (BCS).

Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his family and friends and walking his dog.

Matthew Jasper

Matt started with the company over 10 years ago and has worked his way up to being the latest director of the company.

Matt's focus is on the technical side of the business and makes sure Cutec is well prepared to support our clients when they have new solutions installed. On a day-to-day basis, Matt is a member of our field services team. The field services team provide support to our clients at their premises. This might be fault finding/fixing, installing new equipment, or reviewing client’s security and infrastructure. Matt deals with the major installation projects.

Matt is a Microsoft Certified Professional and has many years of experience in the IT sector and especially in small to medium businesses market.

Outside of work, Matt has a passion for cars and you will find him travelling the country to visit all the fantastic car shows available.

Natasha Rowland

Natasha is our Group Financial Controller, she oversees the accounts as a whole for the company and also looks after every accounting-related query that clients may need assistance with including copy invoices, billing issues and statements. Natasha also makes sure our suppliers and staff are paid on time.

Outside of work Natasha loves to spend time with her family and friends and is a keen darts and tennis fan.

Nathan Roberts

Richard Fletcher

Richard is a Comptia certified secure infrastructure specialist, with a keen interest in cyber security.

Simon Bartley

Simon heads up our service desk team. The service desk provides the first point of contact for support to our clients. Our service desk team use the latest tools and technology to support our client remotely and on the telephone.

On a day-to-day basis, Simon is ensuring our service desk delivers the support clients need and expect. Monitoring our KPI's and making certain we meet our SLAs to clients.

Simon also acts as an escalation point for clients should something not be quite right or if clients have any concerns.

With over 18 years of experience in the IT industry, Simon is one of our most experienced engineers and will get involved in the more complex support requests.
