As Managing Director, Mark is passionate about helping organisations use technology to work smarter, stay secure, and achieve their business objectives. Throughout his career, Mark has built a reputation for delivering practical, results-driven IT solutions that create real value for clients. His focus is on developing long-term partnerships, ensuring Cutec remains responsive, innovative, and aligned with the evolving needs of modern businesses.
Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending time with family and keeping up to date with the latest developments in technology and cyber security.

Kristian co-founded Cutec in 1999 alongside Mark with a simple vision: to provide businesses with reliable, friendly, and cost-effective IT support without the jargon. More than 25 years later, he remains as the trusted technical expert behind the company’s success, helping shape the values and customer-focused approach that have made Cutec a trusted technology partner for organisations across the South West.
With extensive experience in IT services, managed support, cloud solutions, and business technology, Kristian is passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and get the maximum value from their technology investments. His practical and personable approach ensures businesses receive solutions that are tailored to their needs and aligned with their long-term goals.
As a Director, Kristian works closely with both clients and the Cutec team, supporting innovation, service excellence, and the continuous development of the business. He takes pride in maintaining the company’s founding principles of honesty, reliability, and outstanding customer service while helping clients navigate an ever-changing technology landscape. Kristian is committed to building long-lasting relationships with clients and ensuring that Cutec remains a trusted extension of their business, delivering technology solutions that make a real difference every day.
Outside of work, Kristian trades technology for the great outdoors. He is a keen gardener with a particular passion for vegetable growing and can often be found exploring the countryside alongside his two Vizslas, Delphine and Clemencie.

Simon Bartley brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership experience to his role as Director at Cutec. Having joined the company in 2014 as a Senior Support Specialist, Simon has progressed through the business, leading the Service Desk before becoming a Director in 2023. His journey reflects both his deep technical knowledge and commitment to delivering exceptional service for Cutec’s clients.
With a strong background in IT support, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies, SharePoint, Citrix, and business systems, Simon has spent his career helping organisations overcome technology challenges and improve the way they work. He is passionate about providing practical, effective solutions that keep businesses secure, productive, and operating at their best.
As a Director, Simon plays a key role in shaping Cutec’s service delivery strategy, ensuring clients receive the high standards of support and expertise the company is known for. His hands-on approach, technical insight, and dedication to customer satisfaction help drive continuous improvement across the business. Simon is committed to building strong relationships with clients and empowering the Cutec team to deliver excellent results every day. His focus on service excellence and problem-solving makes him a trusted advisor to businesses throughout the South West and beyond.
Outside work: Away from work, Simon spends time with his family and exploring the South West. He is also a self-confessed beer geek, brewing his own beer, discovering new breweries, and exploring different beer styles.

Matt Cook is Head of Sales & Marketing at Cutec, helping businesses across the South West and beyond find the right technology solutions to support their growth, security, and success. With a strong understanding of managed IT services, cyber security, and Microsoft cloud technologies, Matt works closely with organisations to ensure their IT investments deliver real business value.
Passionate about building long-term relationships, Matt takes a consultative approach to sales, focusing on understanding each client’s unique challenges and objectives. Whether advising on IT support, cyber security, Microsoft 365, connectivity, or digital transformation projects, he is committed to providing practical solutions that make a measurable difference. As a key member of the leadership team, Matt works closely with clients and colleagues to ensure a seamless experience from initial consultation through to project delivery and ongoing support. His focus on customer satisfaction, clear communication, and strategic planning helps businesses confidently navigate an ever-changing technology landscape.

Outside of work, Matt spends most of his time with his wife and teenage children. When he is not with them you can typically find Matt out walking with his black Labrador Stevie.
