With companies requiring a consistent ongoing level of assistance to maintain IT systems, we provide staff with support when hardware or software goes wrong, installing updates and making the appropriate changes when your business requires it.
We offer a fixed monthly fee support contract and assume responsibility for your IT, provide support within guaranteed call out times and keep your business online.

In response to COVID-19 we now offer two options depending on your preference:
1) Normal onsite face to face meeting, taking all social distancing and hygiene precautions.
2) An online meeting via Microsoft Teams as an alternative. While we love getting to know customers face to face, we understand that times are very different at the moment and an online meeting may be preferred for safety.
SILVER LEVEL SUPPORT
This is the same as pay as you go support but we give you the option to purchase hours in advance at a discounted rate.
Customers choosing this option have to purchase a minimum of two hours a month but hours purchased in advance are charged at a discounted rate. Please note there is a minimum 12 month term for a block hour support agreement.
Purchased hours are paid in advanced on the 1st of each month by direct debit. Any unused hours can be carried forward each month but need to be used by the end of the 12 month agreement.
Unfortunately this option does not come with any response time guarantees or contain any proactive maintenance or monitoring of your systems but you can use any unused hours at the end of the agreement to give your systems a once over and MOT!
BRONZE LEVEL SUPPORT
This is our lowest level of support, with this option we will support you on a pay as you go basis and simply charge our standard rates for support as and when you use our services.
Unfortunately this option does not come with any response time guarantees or contain any proactive maintenance of your systems.
