We would like to reassure you Cutec is open and business as usual. While our number one priority remains the safety and well being of our team, we take the responsibility of continuing to deliver the level of service our clients expect very seriously.
Below is our current service status.
To maintain the safety and well being of both our team and that of our clients, we are asking clients to book a timed drop-off or collection slot of your equipment. This way, we can ensure only one client a time arrives at our offices. We can, therefore, comply with government social distancing requirements and provides maximum safety for everyone.
We ask clients only to come to our offices at their booked time slot, if you are running late please don't worry just give us a call on 01752 231760.
Please do not travel to our offices without a scheduled time slot.
Our telephone and remote support services are operating as usual, and the team are ready to assist if you need us.
We are still making onsite visits to keep our clients running. When our onsite team are out visiting clients premises, we will be asking them to follow strict hygiene regimes and working with clients to ensure we can follow the social distancing rules.
