We would like to reassure you Cutec is open and business as usual. While our number one priority remains the safety and well being of our team, we take the responsibility of continuing to deliver the level of service our clients expect very seriously.

Below is our current service status:


OUR OFFICE

To comply with the latest national lockdown restrictions our team are all working from home. This means our office will be closed from Thursday 5th November to Wednesday 2nd December.

If clients have equipment that urgently needs repairing and you have been advised by our support team to bring it in to us, we can arrange to meet you at our offices at a booked a timed drop-off or collection slot.

We ask clients only to come to our offices at their booked time slot, if you are running late please don't worry just give us a call on 01752 231760.

Please do not travel to our offices without a scheduled time slot as our office will be closed.

TELEPHONE/REMOTE SUPPORT

Our telephone and remote support services are operating as usual but demand for support is a lot higher than normal. We have allocated extra resources keep on top of this but we are sorry for any delay in dealing with your request.

ONSITE SUPPORT

We have had to suspended routine or non-essential onsite visits during the lockdown period, 5th November to 2nd December. We are hoping to resume these when restrictions are eased. 

If any client has a business down or high priority issue, our onsite team will still be visiting clients premises as normal, we will be asking them to follow strict hygiene regimes and working with clients to ensure we can follow the social distancing rules for everyone's safety.


NEW EQUIPMENT / SALES / UPGRADES

We are open for business, and if you have a requirement, please get in touch for a quote.

We have a few options available when it comes to the installation of your new equipment. We can prepare your new equipment remotely and then ship it to you by courier. Once it arrives we can complete any setup over the internet remotely.

When it is not possible to carry out remote installations our onsite team can still install equipment at clients premises as normal, we will be asking them to follow strict hygiene regimes and working with clients to ensure we can follow social distancing guidelines.
