Mark Rowland - Managing Director

As a co-founder of Cutec, Mark started the company with Kristian Callaghan in 1999. Since then Mark has had a part in leading the company and has helped it grow into the successful business it is today. Like in any small business Mark has many roles but on a day to day basis concentrates in the following areas:

  • Sales and Client Project Management
  • Accounts and Company Administration
  • Financial Operations
  • Purchasing
  • Remote Support

Mark is a Chartered IT Professional, Microsoft Certified Professional, Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist and has passed exams in Sage Line 50. Mark is also a Member of the British Computer Society.

Kristian Callaghan — Technical Director

As co-founder of Cutec, Kris started the company with Mark Rowland in 1999. Since then Kris has helped lead the company and has had a big part in allowing it to grow into the successful business it is today. As well as being a board member Kris holds the title of Technical Director and so is kept busy both in the office and out on site. He mainly concentrates his efforts on the following areas:

  • Client Management
  • Technical Support
  • Remote Support
  • Equipment Repairs

Kris has passed all the exams set by Microsoft to be recognised as a Microsoft Certified Professional. Kris is also a Member of the British Computer Society.

Matthew Jasper —Technical Engineer

Matthew joined the company in May 2010, and is a member of our technical team. Being part of the technical team means Matthew is responsible for managing a number of our clients IT systems, visiting client sites to deal with any support issues they may have. Whilst in the office, Matthew will also assist clients via the telephone, remote support and repair equipment we have been unable to fix on the road. Matthew is responsible carrying out the following duties:

  • Client Management
  • Technical Support
  • Remote Support
  • Equipment Repairs

Matthew has passed all the exams set by Microsoft to be recognised as a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Richard Horswill —Technical Engineer

Richard joined the company in May 2010, and is a member of our technical team. Being part of the technical team means Richard is responsible for managing a number of our clients IT systems, visiting client sites to deal with any support issues they may have. Whilst in the office, Richard will also assist clients via the telephone, remote support and repair equipment we have been unable to fix on the road. Richard is responsible carrying out the following duties:

Richard is currently working towards his Microsoft exams.

Neil Howard —Technical Engineer

Neil joined the company is 2006 and is member of our technical team. Being part of the technical team means Neil will assist clients via the telephone and our remote support system. Sometimes Neil will also visit a clients site to deal with any support issues they may have and repair equipment in our office that we have been unable to fix on the road. Neil is responsible carrying out the following duties:

  • Technical Support
  • Remote Support
  • Equipment Repairs

Patrick Cunningham — Technical Engineer

Patrick joined the company is 2009 and is member of our technical team. Being part of the technical team means Patrick will repair equipment in our office that we have been unable to fix on the road. Sometimes Patrick will assist clients via the telephone and our remote support system or visit a clients site to assist another team member. Patrick is responsible carrying out the following duties:

  • Technical Support
  • Remote Support
  • Equipment Repairs

Claire Ford — Office Manager

Claire joined the company in 2007 as our office manager. As our office manager, Claire is responsible for managing our engineer’s diaries and appointments, goods in and out, telephone duties and general office management. Claire is also qualified as a graphic designer so looks after all Cutec branding and marketing activities. Claire’s day to day responsibilities include:

  • General Office Management
  • Telephone Duties
  • Managing Technical Diaries and Making Appointments
  • Branding and Marketing

Claire has qualifications in Printing and Origination, Graphic Design and Desktop Publishing and so heads all Cutec branding and marketing activities.
