HELP?
To start a Cutec remote support session please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Enter your session code in to the box and click the connect button.
Step 2:
You will then see the screen below, click the RUN button:
Step 3:
You will then be prompted with a second security message as shown below, again you need to click the RUN button:

Finished:
Our support technician now has control over your computer, you can now sit back and let us try to resolve your issue for you.
